CARE GUIDE

HOW TO KEEP YOUR JEWELRY SHINY?
Remove your jewelry before showering or swimming in the pool or sea.
Jewelry and perspiration don’t mix, so take off your jewelry before hitting the gym.
The chemicals in cleaning products like perfume, sunscreen, hairspray, shampoo, soap, etc., can damage your jewelry. Be sure to remove your jewelry if it comes into contact with any of these products.

HOW TO STORE YOUR JEWELRY?
Silver and gold naturally oxidize when exposed to air, light, and humidity. Store your jewelry in a dark, dry place, away from the bathroom. Keep each piece of jewelry separate to prevent scratching. The original jewelry box is designed to hold your jewelry securely, so it’s a good idea to keep it.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR JEWELRY?
Use a microfiber cloth to gently polish silver (925) with a silver polish.
For 24k gold and brass, use a specialized brass or gold polish

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, you can return it to us after contacting our customer service. We will repair it free of charge.

If your jewelry is damaged after one year, you can use our jewelry care service. For a reasonable price, we will repair your jewelry and send it back as good as new. To start, simply email us a few pictures of the damaged item at: info@tweek-eek.com. We’ll assess the repair options and guide you through the next steps.

REPLATING
For our gilded items, our brass jewelry is coated with 24kt gold (3 microns). This high-quality gilding may fade over time due to various factors. We offer a replating service, where we restore your jewelry to its original beauty. After polishing and re-plating, your jewelry will look like new again.
