RETURN POLICY
At TWEEK-EEK, you have 30 days from the shipping date to return your order. Items for return or exchange must be in perfect condition and in the original Tweek-Eek packaging.
Return your package using the following steps:
Step 1: Please inform us by sending an email to: info@tweek-eek.com
Step 2: We recommend sending it in a firm package as a letterbox post with tracking.
Step 3: Write the return address below on your shipment:

Step 4: Drop off the shipment at a post office near you.
Step 5: Keep the tracking code you receive at the service counter when you drop off your package.
Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an email. Processing may take up to 14 days. You’ll receive another email once the return is processed, and the refund will be credited to your account within a few days.
*Please note that return shipping costs are covered by you, not by Tweek-Eek. To minimize pollution, we discourage unnecessary item returns.
WARRANTY POLICY
If your jewelry develops a defect within one year of purchase, simply report it to our customer service. You can then return it to us, and we will repair it free of charge.
REPAIR
If your piece of jewelry breaks after one year, you can use our jewelry care service. For a friendly price, we’ll repair your item and send it back to you as good as new. Please inform us by sending an email with photographs of your broken item to: info@tweek-eek.com. We’ll assess the repair possibilities and inform you about the next step.

REPLATED
When we talk about gilded items, our brass products are covered with a layer of 24kt gold (3 microns). Over time, depending on various factors, the gilding may slowly fade. Therefore, we offer Trophy Care, a service where we polish and re-plate your item so that your jewelry will be like new again. Once we receive your item, we will begin the replating process. Please keep in mind that replating may take up to 3-4 weeks.
